Leadership Coaching
Create extraordinary results in your life, career and workplace.
Unlock your Leadership Potential
For my “day job,” I am a leadership coach for an organization called Sounding Board Inc., developing leaders and closing leadership gaps in the professional arena. I often work with new leaders who are thrust into positions of responsibility before they are ready. Coaching provides new tools, strategies, dialogue and resources to navigate this new terrain and lead more effectively with confidence. My coachees are always surprised by how much they get out of the experience.
More and more, organizations are implementing coaching programs into their professional development plan which helps an organization grow from the inside out, developing leaders at all levels.
If you are an organization interested in growing leadership capabilities across your culture, I am happy to put you in touch with Sounding Board Inc. directly. If you are an individual contributor looking for a personalized coaching experience, I can help you.
As your coach, I will support any current development plan and implement other assessment tools used to understand your leadership style, your strengths and areas of potential.
