The Art of Gracefully Navigating Transition & Change

The Saging Way is an intentional journey into the next chapter of your life, resourcing your well-earned wisdom, innate strengths and acquired talents. As with any transition, this passageway into uncharted territory can be both exhilarating and terrifying. Our coaching approach will give you the tools needed to navigate change with confidence and grace.

As with any new adventure, you will be asked to leave something familiar behind and carry new tools and equipment that will be better suited for this new terrain. Travel light my friend, be open to a sense of “awe” and trust this new beginning.

“It’s not the letting go that’s hard, it’s the holding on. One is freedom, and the other is captivity.” -Kim Reynolds

Over the Edge

Each person has a distinct set of gifts and talents that drive their sense of purpose and meaning, their way of adding value to the world. This is your unique edge that sets you apart from others. We all have it.

This will evolve and morph into something new over time and with more life-experience. This identity shift is a calling to reimagine, reinvent and repurpose our lives. Some of us will follow this call and others resist what is unfamiliar. Our ego will hold tight to who we once were, even when it’s not a good fit anymore.

On this coaching journey, we will walk to the edge together and look out at the vast possibilities before you. You will be “on belay” and in a safe space to imagine and take your next step.

“Growth is painful, change is painful, but nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you do not belong.” -The Modern Elder Academy

Product Development Manager

“I started the program unsure of what leadership meant or how I was going to become a so-called “leader.” I learned how to empower, listen and provide my team with the right tools for them to lead and thrive as well. This experience changed the projection of my career and I left the program with a promotion to Senior Manager, the addition of 2 new hires to my team, and one of the best annual reviews I have ever had in my professional career.”

“Peak Leadership is a well thought out and organized leadership program for the new or emerging leader looking to identify and hone their individual strengths. The program not only provides practical day-to-day strategies, but fosters an environment where all leaders have impact and are inspirational. In a turbulent and chaotic time, I found my personal and organizational values which I routinely use to make critical decisions daily. I also walked away from the program with a support network of amazing womxn leaders. ”

“The Peak Leadership program has helped me understand myself better through a series of tools and exercises which highlighted my strengths and potential as a leader. I have learnt so much through the combination of applied theory and practice throughout the program, and now I have a collection of meaningful resources to refer to. I have shifted my mindset to be more intentional and as a result, it has given me greater confidence to initiate more of a leadership role within my organization.”

Through this leadership program, I studied and discovered what characteristics and values make up the kind of leader that creates impact and supports their organization. Kim helped me uncover my strengths and realize where I was already leading so that I could develop those skills and situations to become the best leader I can be. This program gave me so much confidence because I realized I didn’t need to dramatically change myself, I just needed to uncover the leadership qualities I already had.”
